The Tempur-Pedic Cloud Luxe is the softest memory foam mattress Tempur-Pedic makes, that offers the best of both worlds: Tempur-ES (4lb extra-soft) memory foam for comfort and Tempur-HD (7.2 lb High Density) memory foam for incredible pressure relief. For over a decade, customers have been forced to trade the soft comfort of their traditional mattress for the pressure relieving support of the comparatively firmer memory foam. The Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe, however, changed all that. The newest mattress in the plush Cloud Collection, the Cloud Luxe uses Tempur-ES foam (4lb density, extra-soft) to create a pressure relieving memory foam mattress that folks used to a plush mattress can appreciate.
The Cirrus Luxe-ES by Select Foam, in addition to the Cloud Luxe by Tempurpedic, is one of the only beds out there to have both Extra Soft (ES) and High Density (HD) memory foam. It is It is an extremely soft, eco-friendly (soy-based) memory foam mattress. The Cirrus Luxe-ES feels extremely similar to the Tempur-Pedic Cloud Luxe, and the covers are identical. The main difference is that the Select Foam version uses an 8lb density memory foam for the HD layer, compared to the 7.2lb density version used by Tempurpedic's. Because the HD layer is beneath the ES layer, this difference is negligible to the experience of the bed. At $2299 in a King, the Select Foam Cirrus Luxe-ES is $1700 less than the Cloud Luxe, for essentially the same sleep experience. If you are budget conscious or prefer green products, the Select Foam model is the way to go. If you have the extra money and are brand conscious, go with the Tempurpedic. Either way, these two beds are the softest memory foam beds around.
The TEMPUR-Cloud Luxe is as good as it gets when it comes to plush Tempurpedic® mattresses. This model boasts a towering 13" profile with more than enough room to compress and cradle the person sleeping on it. The Cloud Luxe also features TEMPUR-ES memory foam, the softest material offered by this manufacturer. Luxurious comfort from a big brand like Tempurpedic® comes with a hefty price, however. The Cloud Luxe will cost almost twice that of the competition's nearly identical models.

The Sleep Innovations 12-inch Sure Temp mattress represents an economical decision for those with the desire to try memory foam without a heavy upfront investment. However, customers should not expect the same quality of support, comfort, and sleep that one receives from competing brands.

This bed is best for people that like an extra-soft sleep surface-it's Tempurpedic's softest mattress. At the same time, side-sleepers and those with injuries will benefit from the Cloud Luxe's Tempur-HD layer beneath. At $3999 in a King, this bed isn't cheap, but can you put a price tag on good sleep? There are alternatives on the market, but again, do your homework on the layering before you make any decision.
