Tempur-pedic, the Swedish company has done it again.  Not only do they offer amazing space age mattresses made out of their patented memory foam, they also offer a full slew of accessories, including the tempur teddy bear which is about as adorable as adorable can be.

This bear is cute, covered in removable dark brown velour with pink foot pads, and a lighter coloured nose.  He also comes dressed in a t-shirt.  He is so cute, that you want to squeeze him right away and you will be surprised at how he responds.  Like all of the Tempur-pedic products, this Tempur-pedic teddy bear is made of solid memory foam which means that he responds to the pressure and warmth of your touch. It’s just as if he hugs back!  Now just imagine if you put your head on him and used him as a pillow, or held him close to your body.

This bear is so cute in fact, that it shouldn’t be reserved for little people, although it would quite quickly become their favourite. It would also be a great gift to bring to someone in a hospital, a seniors home, or just because.  In fact, this bear is also being solid in a limited edition by the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network to raise money and awareness of their mission, in partnership with Tempur-pedic in 2009.  For some of the more fortunate, he also came with the purchase of their bed.  He was launched in November 2009 as part of the Tempur-pedic Hugs Back Campaign and is also available through select retailers.  A list of retailers is available on the Tempur-pedic official website.

If you read a tempur teddy bear review, you will find that people rave about this bear and about the memory foam inside him.   This is a fabulous demonstration of this space age product and its remarkable ability to respond to pressure and heat from the human body and to regain its form over and over again.  As most people are aware, the same patented product is made to make the tempur pedic bed, which is made of several layers of this space age material which has won numerous accolades and is now known around the world.  The beds are known both for being comfortable and supportive, and have the amazing ability to absorb energy too.  Some people are familiar with the ad campaign in this respect, where a glass of a beverage was placed on one side of Tempur-pedic bed while someone jumped on the other side.  Needless to say, the beverage did not spill.
